Draft RFP Responses Using Your Own Past Proposals

Claripass learns from your previous winning proposals and helps your team respond to new RFPs faster — without rewriting the same answers from scratch.

The Problem

RFP responses take too long and start from zero every time

Your team has answered these requirements before — in past proposals, old bids, and won deals. But each new RFP still feels like starting from scratch.

Hours spent rewriting past answers

Your team hunts through old proposals, email threads, and shared drives to find what you wrote last time — then rewrites it anyway.

Same requirements, different formats

RFPs come in every format — Word docs, PDFs, spreadsheets, portals. The requirements repeat, but the format always changes.

Inconsistent language across bids

Different team members write different things to the same question. Your brand voice and differentiators get diluted with every new response.

Missed deadlines, lost deals

Every day your RFP response sits unfinished is a day your competitor is getting closer to submitting. Late proposals lose.

How It Works

From new RFP to draft response in three steps

1

Upload your past proposals

Add 2–3 of your best past proposals. Claripass indexes your own language, differentiators, and answers so they can be reused.

2

Drop in a new RFP

Upload the new RFP document. Claripass maps each requirement to your past responses and drafts an initial answer using your own content.

3

Review, edit, export

Review each draft response, edit where needed, and export the completed proposal in Word or PDF format — ready to submit.

What Claripass looks like in practice

A prospect sends an RFP. Claripass matches each requirement to your past proposals and drafts a response using your own language.

Example: RFP Requirement
Requirement 3.2
Describe your team's experience managing end-user device support for organizations with 200+ employees, including response time commitments and escalation procedures.
Claripass Draft Response
Our team has provided end-user device support for clients ranging from 150 to 800 employees. We commit to a 4-hour response time for P1 issues and next business day for P2/P3. Escalations follow a three-tier process: frontline technician, senior engineer, and account lead — with the client notified at each stage.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What types of RFPs does Claripass support?
Claripass works with RFPs in any common format — Word documents, PDFs, spreadsheets, and plain text files. Upload the RFP and Claripass will parse the requirements and draft responses.
What proposals should I upload to get started?
Upload 2–3 of your best past proposals — ideally ones you won or are proud of. The more context your proposal library has, the stronger the draft responses Claripass generates.
Does Claripass write the proposals for us?
No. Claripass drafts initial responses drawn from your own past proposals and content. Your team still reviews, edits, and approves every response before it goes out. Think of it as a first-pass assistant that does the heavy lifting.
How long does it take to get started?
Upload your past proposals and you can start processing a new RFP within minutes. No complex setup or integration required.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Your documents and draft responses are never used for model training. Your data is used only to generate drafts for your team and is fully isolated from other customers.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. You can request full deletion of all your uploaded proposals and generated drafts at any time by emailing us. We confirm deletion within 48 hours.
