- To provide the Claripass service — specifically, to match questionnaire questions to your existing documentation and generate draft answers.
- To communicate with you about your account, onboarding, and product updates.
- To improve the product based on aggregated, anonymized usage patterns.
How We Protect Your Data
- All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+).
- Your documents are isolated per workspace and never shared with other customers.
- Your documents are never used to train machine learning models.
- Access to production systems is restricted and logged.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. We do not share your uploaded documents with third parties. We may use infrastructure providers (cloud hosting, database services) to operate the platform, and those providers are bound by their own privacy and security commitments.
Data Retention and Deletion
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing hello@claripass.com. We will confirm deletion within 48 hours.

Claripass does not use tracking cookies. We may use essential cookies for session management in future versions of the product.
